here's all the details
we're meeting at cracker barrel friday at 11am, leaving after eating and riding up 64 to 295 to 33 to harrisonburg, hope to pull into the ramada inn around 5-ish
saturday we're leaving the ramada inn/cracker barrel at 9am and heading south on 33 to pick up the skyline drive there around elkin
heading on the skyline toward front royal/luray
leaving harrisonburg sunday morning and heading back to chesapeake

Hey Bruce, I talked to Donna n Scott last nite and our crew here is gonna meet ya'll at the Elkton Entrance of the drive about 9:30 on Sat morning...Its gonna be about 8 or 10 of us ... Weather is lookin great.. Highs are suppose to be 74.. so it will be about 55 or so up on the drive.. ya'll layer the clothes .. lol When we rode last Sunday with Rob n TT its started out pretty chilly, but then by mid afternoon we were down to just long sleeve shirts, n T-shirts.. but up on the drive you'll probably want something on..lol
Can't wait to see everybody... The price for the Trikes n Bikes to get on the drive is $8.00 and its good for 7days... If anybody needs fuel before they start out you can fuel up in Elkton plus the stores on the drive are open. Ya'll be careful n we'll be waitin on ya'll

I know last month everyone agreed we should leave saturday earlier so we have time to ride all the way to front royal.
and yes cracker barrel, sometimes i think we should rename our chapter from coastal to cracker barrel, heh heh

right now, we've riding up friday, should pull into harrisonburg friday afternoon, most will be staying at the ramada inn that shares the parking lot with cracker barrel (go figure) leave sat am from cracker barrel head down to waynesboro and jump on the skyline. heading back home sunday morning

I talked to one of the head guys from the Tow Expo last week and he told me that they were not have the Truck pull this year. And I'm very SORRY to say that T and I will be missing the ride agian this year. I'm one of the judges for the Tow Expo. I'll find out Thursday night what time the judging starts if it's early and if there's not many units in the show I'm hoping to catch you guys some where along the drive.

Hey Ya'll, I just went to the web site for the skyline drive, www.nps.gov, they are resurfaceing 10 miles, mp37 to mp47 with tar & gravel. The phone number to call for updates is 540-999-3500. I hope to see ya'll on the 11th. Aminal.

hopefully all the way to the end, or i think maybe front royal, last year we pulled off at luray and ate, it was pitch dark when we left luray

i remember at the last meeting we talked about leaving earlier so we could get back to harrisonburg unfrozen, just can't remember the times we said.
amy/rob/t, etc if we leave harrisonburg at 9, head down to waynesboro and jump on the skyline, can we get back to harrisonburg before the sun sets?

Last year, we left too late, think it was 11 or 12 before we left harrisonburg for the skyline drive, got way too cold to early.
think we're hoping to leave cracker barrel/ramada around 9 or so, will ask a few others and see what everyone thinks

We r planning on being there..
As long as Bubbys dad keeps goin ... We had to put him in the hospital on Monday he fell again n now we've had to put him in the nursing home. Dad is now refusing Dialysis for monday... He has now told us he's done n ready to go home. Its gonna be a long couple of days here that's for sure
plus Dillon our oldest grandson has penoumia.

Bubby's not handling things real good.. hes very quiet n we all know that ain't right.
But like I told him I got his back thru it all
