This email is a call for support for the 2008 Frazier-Mason "Some Gave All" Memorial Rally being held in Fredericksburg, VA at the GM Power Train Plant on Rt 2 (Spotsylvania County) on 7 June 2008.
Attached is the official request for support we are sending out to ALL Veteran Organizations, Military, Police, Fire and Rescue and all other Motorcycle Clubs in VA that we could find email addresses for. Last year this event was a ride that consisted of 454 bikes. This year the families have decided on a Rally due to the potential growth of this event. We are asking that each of you organize a ride to the Rally, much like we do for Rolling Thunder. Most law enforcement agencies have already been contacted with the dates of the event. Not sure how many escorts they can provide but the larger groups might want to ask for help. PLEASE feel free to forward this email with attachment to any other clubs we might not have been be able to locate on the web.
The Frazier's and Mason's also need your help identifying other families that want their Heroes, who've made the ultimate sacrifice while serving in either OEF or OIF, recognized. They would also like to extend this invitation to any Service Member who was wounded while serving in OEF or OIF. Feel free to respond to this email address with questions. I will forward any questions referencing family members who want their Son, Daughter or Spouse recognized to either Mrs. Jana Frazier or Mrs. Christine Mason.
We are also looking for vendors to set up at the Rally. We currently have the 540 Boyz and the Spotsylvania Motor Police who will be putting on Riding Demonstrations. We also will have bike builders, VIP's, bands, concessions, 50/50 raffles, silent auctions, door prizes and much more. Once all the Corp Sponsorship has been locked in I will send out a copy of the flyer and ask for support spreading the word about this years Rally.
